I’m Aleksandra. I founded ACX Legal Partners in Madrid to provide high-quality legal services tailored to the needs of international clients.
What does this mean? It means offering personalized assistance, grounded in local expertise, with a global perspective and a strong focus on achieving results.
With over a decade of experience from top international law firms, I am driven by the pursuit of clear objectives and committed to doing everything possible to achieve them. At ACX Legal Partners, your problem becomes my priority, and finding an effective solution is my goal.
Originally from Poland, I’ve called Spain home for the past 15 years. I’ve had the privilege of studying in four countries, working across various legal systems, and leading complex cross-border projects. This diverse background equips me with a unique perspective to navigate international legal challenges.
I’m also passionate about sharing insights through legal trainings and speaking engagements. Beyond my practice, I’m an enthusiastic singer and a fierce padel player!

Dr. Aleksandra Czajka is a public procurement law expert specializing in European, Spanish, and Polish regulations. Originally from Poland, her career has taken her to Spain and most recently to Germany, giving her a uniquely cross-border perspective to her practice.
Qualified to practice law in both Spain and Poland, Aleksandra has significant experience in top-tier law firms of her specialization and empowers international clients to access new procurement markets across the EU.
Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, English, German, and Polish, Aleksandra frequently shares her insights through lectures and publications, adding valuable expertise to the field.
